We pick fairly early to preserve acidity and lock in delightful green fruit characteristic. 100% stainless cold ferment suits this style well, resulting in a slight frizzante on the pleasant off-dry finish. Since our inaugural 1980 vintage, Chenin Blanc has been a stalwart in our portfolio.
